After a long road of battling with the pandemic which has restricted human movement and claimed so many lives across the world, it’s about time the world went back to it’s normal activities now that covid tension has been suppressed.
Today being April 3rd 2021 and one of the days of Christian Easter festivity , Kids in Tourism-Ashanti chapter, displayed the rich culture of the Ashanti Region at the kumasi City Mall and it’s nearby streets.
The ‘Kids in Tourism’ Ashanti chapter which was led by its able leaders with the intention of putting smile back on the faces of Children and to take away the trauma covid-19 has inflicted on these kids.
The Quality Assurance Officer of Ghana Tourism Authority- Ashanti Region Madam Abena Boampong retraited that Covid has restricted international tourism so now domestic tourism should be encouraged, she said Ghana Tourism Authority, Ashanti Region is ready to support Kids in Tourism at all time.
Kids in Tourism Ashanti Chapter really appreciate the support of National executives, Seltech Ghana Ltd, Ghana Tourism Authority- Ashanti Region, Visionary Buluk Organisation for their immense support in cash and kind.
Also a massive thanks to Ghana Scout Association- Ashanti Region for their massive participation… Kudos guys.
Even though the pandemic has subsided all who attended observed the safety protocols while having fun amidst portraying their culture through their outfits and also showing placards indicating the powerful wealth of the Ashanti region.
